Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Digital products (if applicable)

Custom or personalized orders
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first at 33healinghours@gmail.com.
We’ll provide instructions and let you know if your requested item is available.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If your refund hasn’t shown up after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card company before reaching out to us again.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at 33healinghours@gmail.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
5. Order Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as soon as possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank.
