Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days for faster delivery.

International Shipping: Delivery can take 10-20 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Certain products may also have restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
33HealingHours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier takes possession. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier confirms an issue, contact us at 33healinghours@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can assist you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. 33HealingHours is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
